Mokuroku Award Ceremony

It had been a while since we last had a Mokuroku recipient for Genko Nitoryu.

There are now three Mokuroku recipients: one Japanese, one German and now one American. While there are many Genko Nitoryu practitioners around the world, attaining the rank necessary for Mokuroku requires or practitioners to cut with their left hand on the draw from a seated position. 

Attaining Mokuroku clearly shows that the recipient has mastered not only the kumitachi forms, but also the requisite tameshigiri.
