New Year’s Training

This year members of the Mugairyu Federation from around Japan gathered in Tokyo for this year’s New Year’s practice. The mayor of Chuo ward, Mr. Yada greeted us for the new year. Members received instruction from shihan that they don’t normal train under, which provided them with some much needed stimulation. I hope that this event encourages our members to train with a wide variety of people outside of their typical training venues in the future.
